USING THIS PROGRAM

Welcome to Giving and Receiving Performance Feedback. This program has been developed to help BCCD Sales employees to enhance or improve their skills in giving and receiving performance feedback.

You may be used to attending live sessions, rather than using a self-study program. This program will allow you to proceed through the material at your own pace, as well as having it available as a reference to go back to in the future. The program includes written information and interactive exercises. In addition, the program will provide the following:

  • Practical, how-to information you can begin to use immediately.
  • Easy-to-use format with exercises that make giving and receiving feedback easier.
  • Small sections of information. Each module can be completed in a short period of time.
  • Quick completion. You can finish the entire course in about 2 hours.
